Dear valued clients and partners,

We write today with regards to Integrity’s continued response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring federal, state & local developments and are following and implementing the appropriate guidance and protocols at every level of our organization.

As you are aware, the COVID-19 developments and information are changing daily, if not hourly, and Integrity is working diligently to coordinate our response across our organization and projects. As of the time of this email, Integrity is considered an “essential business” and we are still open and actively working on your projects.

Our business operations staff are continuing their important work both in the office and remotely as needed with the same level of excellence we have always provided our clients and partners. Similarly, our project management teams are committed to providing the important leadership to our field staff for continuity of work while implementing additional health and safety measures.

This includes strict adherence to social distancing for the good of the communities in which we work. We have also established a communication protocol for employees to efficiently and with appropriate confidentiality report symptoms and absences, as well as provide support services to educate and help the members of our organization and their families.

Practices currently in place for our business operations, project management and field staff:

  • A daily sanitation schedule has been developed and implemented at our office and warehouse facilities to ensure the proper sanitation standards as set forth by the CDC guidelines.

  • Disinfecting solution distributed for each machine and company vehicle.

  • Best practices as set forth by CDC, state and local guidelines have been shared with our project Superintendents and Foremen allowing them to educate and inform the field staff as well as counseling employees to stay home if they feel ill or have been exposed to someone who has contracted the COVID-19 virus.

  • Employees are being monitored on the job sites for symptoms and will be asked to go home if exhibiting signs of the illness.

  • Virtual meetings such as conference calls to replace in-person meetings. If in-person meetings are a business necessity, the attendance shall be less than 10 people and held in a space that allows for the 6 feet of social distancing.

In short, Integrity is positioned to continue operations as normal and we are confident in our ability to adapt to this rapidly changing situation. We will do all we can to prioritize your health and wellness while striving for minimal disruption of our high-quality work on the job sites.

Integrity is here and ready to resolve any challenges that we encounter during this public health crisis. Please feel free to reach out to your Integrity contact at any time with any questions.

Sincerely,

Amy Mayhew
